JOY OF WRITING

"Writing,  when  properly  managed  is  but  a  different  name  of  conversation"
-Laurence Sterne.

WRITING  may  be  compared  to  labour pains, subsiding of pain, catharsis( cleansing of  the  soul)  by  many,  and  the  joy  of  writing  is  one  of  the  most  rejoicing  and  rejuvenating  of  the  experiences.

As  a  child  we  have  written notes, paragraphs,  passages,  essays; number  of  times  in  the  school. But, as  we  grow-up  we  are  forced  to  fit  our  creativity  to  fit in, many  of  us  would limit  our writings  to diaries, but in personal writings also we can unleash our creative side.

Writing helps  us  to  unfold  our self, rediscover  our psychological and spiritual side, provides us wisdom and answer to many questions. Gifted writers/the lucky ones get their works printed and acclaimed, but some write for their self-satisfaction only in the form of poems, notes and maintaining a diary of day to day activities and most joyful form of writing is maintaining the diary of your child, where every special and moment can be written and preserved and later when kids grow-up they can be gifted this wonderful gift. We should encourage our children and inculcate in them the habit of writing in the form of books and we should encourage our children to write, apart from reading.

Joy of writing  is a wonderful feeling as anyone can afford it, we can write past, present, future, it can be a companion to our loneliness at times, best writing is re-writing.

"A pen is mightier than a sword" because there is no pleasure as great as the pleasure of writing and the immense joy it gives us and it is more rewarding too.:)
